I had been doing part time landscape maintenance off and on for 4 years.   I had about 5 steady, weekly residential accounts, but I couldn’t seem to take my business past that point.  I knew I wanted to grow, but what I was doing sure wasn’t working. Hi Brett,   Wow, thanks for the interest.   I have really got a lot out of this book. You had some really good things in here.   One thing I would like to share is that every time I buy your books, I always print them out. I use a three hole punch on the pages and put them into a small binder. One reason I like doing this is for when I take my wife to the store and I don't really want to go in, I just pull out my binder and start reading it over again. It amazes me how every time I go back and re-read it, I pick up on something that I either missed before or maybe at the time I read it, it didn't apply to me. Things change all the time.   One of the big things that got my head to spin was Step 27, "Team with a Real Estate Agent". I was thinking of how you said in your book, how to make customers want me over the next guy.....  I want to sell this to them. I have a hard time trying to put this into words so that you understand my thinking, but I think you will get the idea.   Another thing you talked about is the web thing where you pay per click.
